Introduction

IQMS offers a full range of consulting services designed to complement and enhance our training courses. Our team of consultants has experience of working in a wide variety of industry sectors and many differing cultures, having worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean and the Far East.  All of them are IRCA registered Lead Auditors and/or IRCA Approved Trainers in their respective disciplines.

Our people are specialists in management systems development and performance improvement. We have helped clients of all shapes and sizes over the past twenty years or so manage a wide range of projects to a successful conclusion.

Structure

Your IQMS consultant will:

• Identify areas requiring improvement or development within your current Management System
• Prepare a strategic action plan, in conjunction with your company personnel, to address those improvement areas and assist with the communication of these requirements to key personnel at all levels
• Undertake, where appropriate, hazard risk and impact assessments
• Prepare registers of legislation
• Provide assistance and advice on the development and implementation of systems, including preparation of documentation, risk assessments, aspects and impacts registers, etc.
• Advise and assist, if required, with the preparation and submission of applications to your chosen certification body
• Assist with the development of internal auditing procedures and training
• Conduct a pre-assessment audit to ensure the effective implementation of the management system prior to final audit by your certification body

Many organisations use a self-assessment methodology to help them identify strategic priorities and develop plans. Most people who have done this would agree that the process is more effective if an experienced, impartial and objective expert facilitates the event without prejudice or pre-conceptions.
