The HABC Level 3 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing is a qualification aimed at learners who are at, or wish to progress to, a higher or supervisory level within a food manufacturing business and who need a comprehensive understanding of food safety.

Who Should Attend
This qualification is aimed at supervisors, team
leaders and line managers in production or quality in food manufacturing or storage
and distribution.
Prior Knowledge
It is recommended that candidates have a basic
understanding of food safety and/or HACCP prior to attending this course.

Highfield Qualifications certificate.

The RQF is a qualification framework regulated by Ofqual. It is also suitable for delivery in Wales and is regulated by Qualifications Wales.
