Describe food safety hazards associated with inadequate or inappropriate
cleaning and sanitation
Develop verification processes to ensure effectiveness and improvement of the program
Pre-requisites
There are no entry requirements for this course, although we
do also advise the completion of other food safety courses such as Allergens,
Shelf Life Validation, Principles and Applications of HACCP or Validation and
Verification for a more complete understanding of food safety in the workplace
